Join me on my quest for good local Maine food. What does this site have to offer? Answers to the following questions:

Where can I buy local food?
What do I do with it?

Blog: This blog will serve this website as well as my national Tasting in Tongues site, so you will see a wide variety of content, including occasional off-topic ramblings. You can also post any comments or feedback you may have, and subscribe via email or RSS feed.

Local Resource Guide: a/k/a "The Maine Grocery List" - What is available and where to get it

What's in Season in Maine: (Returning soon) these monthly pages will provide info on what is currently in season (and what to do with each item).

Menu for a Week: (Coming soon) Periodically, I will post a week's worth of menus that feature Maine food that is currently in season or available. (It won't be completely "localvore", but I'll try my best!) The menu itself will list all meals and snacks for the day, for each of 7 days. In addition to the menu, I will provide shopping and "to do" lists.
