The Maine Grocery List - The Deli
Maine's deli section is much richer than I originally thought when I
began searching for lists of producers. There isn't an apples to apples
comparison of the grocery deli section to the Maine deli section. By that
I mean that you won't find round tubes of meat and cheese, pre-sliced
for your deli sandwich. Instead, you'll find a vibrant selection of chevre,
feta, brie, camembert, sausage, pork chops, steaks, filet mignon, bacon,
chicken, hamburger, and lots of other meat and cheese items to grace your
4-season table.
Some of the products might only be available seasonally. To find out
more about their products and availability, you can visit the producer
websites, or contact them at the phone numbers and email addresses listed.
